NEW YORK—Eyewear by ROI has renewed its eyewear licensing agreement with the Bulova Corporation. Already partners for 15 years, the worldwide agreement extends a contract originally signed by the two companies in 1995.

Under the renewed agreement, Eyewear by ROI will continue designing, manufacturing and distributing the brand’s eyewear and sunwear frame collections marketed under the names Bulova, Bulova Twist Titanium, Caravelle by Bulova and Wittnauer.

“Our 15-year relationship with the Bulova Corporation has been instrumental in the continued growth of ROI,” said John W. Alofs II, founder and CEO of Eyewear by ROI. “Not only is Bulova Corporation a valued partner, but as they move into new markets throughout the world, so does Bulova Eyewear.”

The Bulova Corporation, founded in 1875, plans to expand its worldwide presence and as such the distribution of the Eyewear by ROI licensed frames, currently concentrated in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, will also expand under the new agreement.
