Course Description

This course will review concepts, industry statistics, and best practices to help you plan and manage inventory. We will walk through the four steps needed before implementation: demographic study, assortment architecture, planogram, and assortment assessment. In addition, we will access specific tools De Rigo Rem provides for calculating inventory requirements and turns quickly and easily.
