Course Description
Imagine the patient's ease and comfort when a click on an iPad screen takes their picture and measures their personal frame fit, dims, and biometrics, quickly and effortlessly! At no time will there be contact between the device and the patient, making the process safe for the patient and the optician. The "customer experience" governs whether we gain new and keep existing customers; this is practice building 101. ECP's want technology in tools and products that WOW and delight patients. The goal is for every patient to share their experience and satisfaction level and give the best review and highest rating. In this course, you will learn about a safe, touchless iPad tablet-based centration device Smart Mirror 4 Pro that takes the accurate and precise position of wear (POW) measurements without physical contact, and so much more.
