1 DE RIGO VISION has signed an agreement to acquire the full ownership of Rodenstock's eyewear division. The transaction will be completed toward the end of the second quarter of 2023.
2 ESSILORLUXOTTICA and Swarovski have signed an exclusive license agreement for the design, manufacture and worldwide distribution of Swarovski Eyewear, effective until Dec. 31, 2028.

4 COSTA has donated $50,000 to its longtime conservation partner Captains for Clean Water for its Hurricane Ian Emergency Disaster Relief Fund.
