Luxottica: Tiffany Eyewear

DELIGHTING AND ADORNING THE EYES

Known for accessorizing fashion’s most celebrated proponents, Tiffany has partnered with Luxottica Group to create Tiffany & Co. Eyewear, a collection of ophthalmic frames and sunglasses inspired by Tiffany’s exclusive diamond collection and recognized icons and logos. Included are eight ophthalmic styles and eight sunglasses. Diamond and silver motifs are beautifully integrated into metals offered in silver, gold and gunmetal and a wide selection of acetate frames in hues ranging from glossy black, chocolate and tortoise to burgundy, blue, violet, pink, white, translucent yellow and marbled tones. Polarized sun lenses are available for some of the styles. Lens color options include black, brown, gradient brown, smoke, gray-green, gray, gray mirror, gradient gray and violet.

“Inspired by jewels from the Tiffany & Co. archives and embodying classic and sophisticated detailing, the Tiffany Eyewear collection evokes the glamour of timeless American fashion aesthetics,” says Maristella Brentani, vice president of product, Luxottica wholesale. “Superior materials, including precious metals and diamonds, paired with unmatchable craftsmanship make this collection a true American interpretation of luxury in eyewear.”

MARKETING:
Merchandising materials include a small window display, couvette, large and small countercards, logo plaque and look book. Styles are packaged in a black Tiffany & Co. box with a black lens cloth and then enclosed in a blue Tiffany box.
