Zyloware launches Randy Jackson Eyewear. Consisting of 11 styles, the collection is designed for men 25 to 50 who care about their appearance, have an independent identity and want cool, wearable eyewear with staying power. Frames are made of zyl and stainless steel and are offered in fully rimmed and semi-rimless variations on rectangles. Modern double bridges, two-tone colorations, suspended lenses, spring hinges or flex temples and snap-in nosepads are among the product highlights. Each style is subtly branded with logos only on the interior temple tip. Many of the frames accommodate progressive lenses.

PHILOSOPHY: We knew Randy Jackson has an impressive sense of style and a huge following from his television exposure. But we did not expect his huge pull as an eyewear style-maker. People constantly ask him where they can find his cool eyewear,” says Chris Shyer, Zyloware president. James Shyer, Zyloware CEO adds, “Randy Jackson Eyewear fills an important need the male consumer has been looking for—a cool, stylish collection that’s wearable and available at reasonable price points.”

MARKETING: Merchandising materials include one- and four-place displays, logo plaque, frame board identifier and countercard. Gift-with-purchase promotions consist of a hoodie sweatshirt and leather weekender bag. Each frame comes with a hard leatherette/tweed case.
