Modo introduces its Paper-Thin Titanium collection featuring innovative designs that are crafted to extend the collection’s reach into additional niches, face types and sizes. The collection consists of women’s, men’s and unisex full rim and semi-rimless, classic and design-driven frame shapes. Styles 4070 and 4071 represent a neo-retro inspiration, with small-sized round and pantos shapes that are reinterpreted through the Paper-Thin modernist guise. The 4073 is a deeper and larger feminine shape, with vibrant colors such as turquoise and red. For men, architecture-inspired rectangles evolve deeper and larger. Modo has obtained intellectual property protection for its Paper-Thin collection from the Office for Harmonization in the International Market (OHIM). Weighing only 6.8 grams, frames offer optimal comfort due to its lightness and flexibility, while reinterpreting retro into a modernist language thanks to its colorful TR90 plastic inserts and double-block closing system.

PHILOSOPHY: “The Paper-Thin Titanium collection is certainly the most innovative collection launched by Modo,” says Alessandro Lanaro, CEO of Modo. “It brings together lightness, flexibility and color. The spring releases are based on niches we felt important to be in with this category. Notably, is our Neo-Retro collection of rounds and pantos with a modern twist.”

MARKETING: Merchandising materials include double-sided countercards, a logo mirror, logo metal plaque and logo cube for a one-place display. The company’s packaging includes a brochure with additional information about its “Buy a Frame, Give a Frame” initiative.
