Avalon Eyewear launches its Wired line targeted to the active, modern man. The initial collection consists of 12 styles in such materials as thin-line, case-hardened steel, CNC-machined stainless sheet steel and handmade acetates with carbon-fiber inlay detailing, milled riveting and graphic tank-tread surface patterns. Colors include black, brown, bronze, chrome and silver. Wired will be expanded in the upcoming months to encompass full-rimmed, semi-rimless and rimless designs made from such materials as titanium, beta titanium and Avalon’s proprietary Sureflex memory alloy (coming later this year). Women’s and unisex styles will also be added.
