INSIGHT
“Wizards of Waverly Place” is a TV series about the Italian-Mexican Russo family struggling to keep the family secret safe—they’re wizards with cool powers. The show stars Selena Gomez as Alex, the middle child who often competes with and tricks her two brothers in an attempt to win sole custody of the family powers. With the world at the tip of a wand, keeping the magic on the down-low proves to be easier said than done in this family.
