Dog-gone Good Cause
In order to raise money for animal rescue, the Portland,
Ore.-based Amy Sacks Eyewear and Accessories has
released a new iconic eyeglass case designed to celebrate
our four-legged friends. Fifty percent of each case sale
($10 retail) will be donated to the Pixie Project, an organization
started by Sacks and her mother, Ann Sacks, founder
of Ann Sacks Tile and Stone, to rescue abused animals and
provide low-cost spay and neuter programs as well as veterinary
services for pets in low-income families. Named after
an abused terrier mix rescued by Amy and adopted by Ann,
the Pixie Project partly inspired the development of Amy
Sacks Eyewear and Accessories to
provide funding for their furry
