KARL LAGERFELD & ITALIA INDEPENDENT COLLABORATE
Marchon, licensee of Karl Lagerfeld Eyewear since 2008, and Italia Independent Group announce the launch of a capsule collection designed by Karl Lagerfeld and Italia Independent. Combining the eclectic style of the famous designer with the aesthetic of Italia Independent, this collection will be both sophisticated and innovative. The collaboration is based on a two-year agreement starting October 2013 and will be comprised of three sunglasses and three ophthalmic styles.

SERENGETI OFFERS LIMITED EDITION EYEWEAR
Serengeti presents a six-style collection of premium eyewear in two collections: Limited Edition 22K Gold and Limited Edition with Swarovski Elements crystals. No more than 250 pieces will be produced for worldwide distribution for each of the six models. The Gold styles feature titanium frame fronts plated with 22 karat luster gold or white luster gold. Temples are handcrafted from acetate. The Swarovski Elements crystals frames are made of sheet acetate accented with Swarovski Elements, Swarovski’s premium brand of crystals. All of the Limited Edition frames are fitted with Ultra-Light glass lenses.

LBI SIGNS PARIS BLUES
LBI and Paris Blues have signed a three-year licensing agreement with the option for renewal for the design, manufacture and distribution in North America and select countries of Paris Blues brand ophthalmic eyewear and sunglasses. Paris Blues brand product categories include girls’ jeans, jackets and shoes.

LIBERTY SPORT TEAMS WITH SPECS FOR LITTLE HEROES
Liberty Sport joins forces with Specs for Little Heroes to provide sport protective eyewear to children who have been diagnosed with Retinoblastoma, a rare form of eye cancer. Specs for Little Heroes is a nonprofit organization created by the LaFleche family. The organization’s main goal through donations and partnerships is to gift protective eyewear to children impacted by RB.

SÀFILO AND FOSSIL RENEW LICENSING AGREEMENT AND ADD SUNGLASSES
Sàfilo Group renews its eyewear licensing agreement for the design, manufacture and distribution of Fossil branded optical frames and announces the addition of sunglasses. The new agreement now runs through Dec. 31, 2018, and has been extended to include global distribution. The previous agreement for optical frames covered only the U.S. and Canada.

SEQUENTIAL BRANDS ACQUIRES REVO & INKS LICENSE WITH B. ROBINSON
Sequential Brands Group has acquired the Revo brand from Oakley, a division of Luxottica. In connection with the acquisition, Sequential has signed a long-term licensing agreement with eyewear company B. Robinson to manufacture and distribute Revo sunglasses and related products. Additionally, Sequential has signed a long-term partnership agreement with Sunglass Hut to continue the distribution of Revo at Sunglass Hut stores globally as well as at other retailers.
