ENNCO ACQUIRES MAGIC DESIGN/VISUAL DYNAMICS
Ennco Display has acquired privately-held, San Francisco-based Magic Design/Visual Dynamics. Magic Design and Visual Dynamics specialize in the creation of total interior design packages for eyecare professionals. Magic Design creates unique and affordable office solutions for optical practices while Visual Dynamics focuses on the display merchandising accessories for presentation of eyewear and sunglasses. Magic Design/Visual Dynamics will be integrated as Magic Design/Visual Dynamics, a division of Ennco Display Systems, Inc.

OAKLEY AND U.S. OLYMPIC COMMITTEE EXTEND PARTNERSHIP
Oakley and the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) have extended a partnership to make Oakley, who was selected as the official licensee and eyewear supplier to Team USA for London 2012, the official eyewear supplier to Team USA through 2020.

ALLISON RENEWS WITH MOSCHINO AND VIVIENNE WESTWOOD
Allison and Moschino have renewed their licensing agreement for the production and worldwide distribution of optical frames and sunglasses under the Moschino brand name. First signed in 2006, the agreement extends the partnership for five more years. The Moschino brands include Moschino, Moschino Cheap & Chic and Love Moschino. Additionally Allison and British designer Vivienne Westwood (fashion pictured) have renewed their licensing agreement, originally signed in 2004, for the production and worldwide distribution of Vivienne Westwood branded ophthalmic frames and sunglasses.

SUNSCAPE EYEWEAR SIGNS WITH GENIUS BRANDS
Sunscape Eyewear has signed a licensing agreement with Genius Brands International, developer and marketer of entertainment products including the award-winning Baby Genius line of music and education-based products and characters, for a Baby Genius branded collection of sunglasses, eyewear and eyewear accessories such as cords and cases. The two-year agreement grants Sunscape the rights to manufacture and distribute worldwide Baby Genius-themed eyewear for boys and girls from infants to four year olds, featuring the Baby Genius characters. The initial collection will debut in time for the 2012 holiday season, and will be distributed to large national mass retailers including Walmart, Toys ‘R’ Us, Babies ‘R’ Us and Target.

IVANKA TRUMP AND B. ROBINSON TO LAUNCH SUNGLASS COLLECTION
Ivanka Trump and B. Robinson Optical have partnered to launch Ivanka Trump sunglasses. The new collection, which will debut to retail in spring 2013, will present a range of shapes, including aviators, cateyes and oversized styles. Select styles will feature details found in Ivanka Trump’s fine jewelry, handbags and footwear collections. A sunglass collection is projected to be available through optical channels in 2014.
