Carrera can look back now on an awesome 2007 Ski World Cup Championship season
especially as it concerns women athletes. Super results were achieved this season with
Sweden's Anja Paerson being the first woman to triumph in all individual disciplines
at World Championships winning a gold medal in the Downhill, Slalom and Super-
G disciplines. Top spot was achieved in the Super-G at Lenzerheide in March and
the silver medal was conquered in Slalom. Austrian Andrea Fischbacher skied to second
place in the Slalom at Lenzerheide, capturing her second podium appearance in
her career. Swedish skier Therese Borssen (pictured) was also the undisputed leader of
the Semmering Special Slalom in December. Carrera helmets and goggles, fundamental
for the athletes’ safety during their superb performances, have accompanied the Carrera Ski
Racing Team throughout each event.
