Course Description

In this course, we will consider two things; the increase in screen time and the increase in outdoor activities; why? Because both are on the rise, and both expose our eyes to increased levels of light radiation that can at least contribute to eyestrain and discomfort and, at worst, result in cumulative and irreversible damage to our retina.
