CARROLLTON, Texas--A&A Optical enhances its Alexander collection with new models made of Grilamax. Designed for the mature woman, the Alexander collection features deeper "B" measurements and styles with embellishments like Swarovski crystals.

"We have listened to our customers and have been looking for just the right material to accomplish just the right look for our mature women consumers. Grilamax is exactly what we have been searching for, for over a year. Now after finding Grilamax and fine-tuning the proper designs with narrow bridges and glove-fit nasal areas, we have added these six new models for Alexander Collection," said A&A president Robert Liener.

The new grouping launches with three styles, with three more debuting in April. Grilamax was selected because its high heat resistance makes it stronger and more flexible than acetate, Liener added. Its high light transmission properties make it an ideal material for applying color.

The frames are priced to the dispenser at $44.95. The collection is supported by a five-piece display, two counter cards and a logo plaque. --Caletha Crawford
