Help Desk Administrator

To provide Help Desk Support to LasikPlus vision centers, corporate users, and call center employees.  Responsibilities include answering help desk calls/opening trouble tickets, and coordinating with appropriate ITS staff for issue resolution. 

Essential Job Functions 
•    Troubleshoot and resolve users’ information technology issues
•    Track issues using ticketing system
•    Resolve issues within specified service level
•    Coordinate PC, laptop, printer, mobile phone, tablet and various software purchases.  Purchasing responsibilities include getting formal quotes, creating purchase orders and tracking using our inventory system.
•    Responsible for maintaining SOX documentation (new hires, terminations, and role changes), tracking of invoices and Purchase Orders
•    Oversee service and maintenance performed by outside vendors
•    Professional interaction with all internal departments, consultants, and outside support staff and material vendors
•    Other duties and projects as assigned

•    2+ years working in help desk support role
•    Working knowledge of PC, laptop and printer maintenance and repair
•    Organized and detail-oriented
•    Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and tenacious attitude to work on an issue until it is resolved to the user’s satisfaction
