TORONTO, Ontario--dop eyewear launches its .925 sterling silver and zyl frame and sunwear collection in the U.S.

“The dop collection is targeted at consumers 30 to 60 years old who purchase high-end eyewear possessing a classic, timeless look with technological features,” explained David Opie, president and designer.

dop courts the upscale consumer with classic sterling silver and zyl eyewear.

Each frame is handmade in Italy using .925 sterling silver and advanced spring hinge technology for added durability. Sterling silver accents are designed to balance the frame on the wearer’s face. The zyl collection includes optical and sun for men and women.

The frames also feature an integrated accessory system. Eyelets in the temple arms accommodate the dop Tag, a unique dual design eyewear retainer and fashion necklace. The dop Tag can be worn on its own as a fashion accessory or used as a dual designed eyewear retainer. The unique dual design can be used to hold the eyewear via the eyelets or by hooking it through the loop in the tag. The retainer is available in black, brown and camel leather.

dop’s “make it personal” engraving program allows patients to personalize the silver accent on the frame or the tag with their initials. The frames are priced to the dispenser at $139 for optical and $144 for sun.
