AVENTURA, FL - Executives of leading frame, spectacle lens and equipment companies, along with leaders from industry associations and other guests, mingled during two days of divisional meetings, general sessions and meet-and-greet receptions during the Vision Council of America?s annual winter meeting held here in late January.
The VCA reported record assets and a record number of members. Attendees heard speakers talk about marketing and business trends and received an update on industry statistics from VisionWatch, a VCA and Jobson study.
New officers and board members were also elected.
Everyone enjoyed the sunny Florida weather, sipped a mojito or two, and caught up on business.
