DTL generator

SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn—Gerber Coburn is introducing a new high-speed, Crib-to-Oval (CTO) option on its Diamond Turning Lathe (DTL) generator series, the flagship product of its Performance Series line.

“This latest option to our DTL supports our strategy of producing expandable platform products that grow with the needs of laboratories worldwide,” said Randy Baldwin, director of marketing. “Not only is the DTL the only true dry-cut, single diamond, multi-processing generator on the market, it is now capable of cribbing all lenses to oval dimensions under 10 seconds per lens.”

The CTO option can be incorporated on the existing DTL100, DTL150, and DTL200 units, or the option can be ordered with the DTL directly from the factory. ■
