SAN MARCOS, Calif.--Signet Armorlite is adding two 3M LEAP LSE products to its array of 3M optical lab supplies, which the lens manufacturer has been distributing for the past 30 years. 3M has specially formulated the LEAP LSE Pads with an adhesive that adheres to hydrophobic, or anti-reflective, coated lenses to improve edging while maintaining axis stability.

“SA is including complimentary 3M LSE Pads with every pair of Kodak Unique digital lenses ordered with Kodak Clean’N’CleAR AR Coating,” said Ed DeRosa, SA vice president. “With this pad, our customers have every advantage for successfully edging our premier lenses and coating.”

Available in 1,000-pad rolls, 3M LEAP LSE choices include #1707, an 18mm oval shaped half-eye pad (same size/shape as 1696M LEAP III), and #1708, a 24mm round pad (same size/shape as 1695M LEAP III).
