1  OAKLEY has renewed its on-field partnership and license agreement with the National Football League, extending the partnership deal as the official eyewear provider through 2030. The seven-year extension follows the announcement of the brand’s NFL FLAG partnership and latest drop of Patrick Mahomes II Signature Series Collection.

2  MARCHON EYEWEAR and Linda Farrow have entered into a long-term exclusive agreement for the distribution of Linda Farrow sun and optical eyewear throughout North America, including Canada and The Cayman Islands.

3  MODO has announced the acquisition of Italia Independent. Italia Independent’s first collection in the MODO Group’s orbit is scheduled for spring/summer 2024 and will be entirely made in Italy.

4  KERING EYEWEAR and Maui Jim have donated to the Hawaii Community Foundation’s Maui Strong Fund, as an immediate contribution to assist those affected by the Maui wildfires and support in the rebuilding efforts of those impacted.

9  DE RIGO GROUP and the Philipp Plein Group have announced a license agreement for the creation, production and distribution on a global scale of both PLEIN SPORT branded sunglasses and prescription frames.
