1  MARCHON EYEWEAR and Converse Inc., have entered into an exclusive long-term global licensing agreement with new sunwear and optical collections debuting January 2021.

2  THE VISION COUNCIL and Reed Exhibitions have announced that Vision Expo East 2021, originally scheduled to take place from March 18 to 21, 2021 will now take place May 25 to 28, 2021 at the Javits Center in New York City.

3  THE DE RIGO GROUP and TUMI have announced an exclusive license agreement for the design, production and distribution of TUMI branded sunglasses and prescription frames for both men and women.

4  REVO from ClearVision Optical has teamed up with Cleveland Clinic Cole Eye Institute, in Cleveland, Ohio, to donate 1,000 pairs of prescription eyeglasses to support the eye center’s community outreach initiative, Vision First.

5  KENMARK EYEWEAR has renewed an exclusive license agreement for the design, development, production and worldwide distribution of eyewear for the Kensie brand, extending the agreement through June 2024.

6  BOLLE BRANDS continues its commitment to the efficient development of its Sport and Luxury business with the recruitment of Francois Benaben, former vice president for Rossignol Group for Europe, Asia and the Southern Hemisphere. Benaben will lead the Sports and Luxury business with the Bolle, Spy, Cebe, H2Optix and Serengeti brands

7  MARCOLIN GROUP has signed a licensing agreement for the design, production and worldwide distribution of Max Mara sunglasses and eyeglasses. The partnership has a five year duration starting Nov. 1, 2020 and follows the 2019 agreements for the eyewear of Sportmax and MAX&Co.

8  RUDY PROJECT NORTH AMERICA has launched its new B2B Dealer website. Rudy Project Dealers can now visit the site, activate their account for ordering and start shopping at rudyprojectdealer.com.

9  COOPERCOMPANIES announced that the company, along with its CooperVision and CooperSurgical divisions, has been named one of Fortune’s Best Large Workplaces in Manufacturing and Production.

10  CLEARVISION OPTICAL has donated 300 purple fabric face masks to attendees of the Moxxie Mentoring Foundation’s 2020 Emerald Summit.
