3  SAFILO GROUP and Authentic Brands Group have announced a five-year extension of their license agreement for the design, manufacturing and distribution of the Juicy Couture eyewear collections of sunglasses and optical frames through Dec. 31, 2022.

4  L’AMY AMERICA’s holiday charity program “Help the World to See a Better Tomorrow, TODAY” donated frames to VOSH International, which recently ran a mission clinic in Mexico and was able to provide a pair of sunglasses to every person that visited.

MARCOLIN GROUP has signed a joint venture agreement with Rivoli Group, one of the largest luxury retailers in the Middle East. The joint venture, named Marcolin Middle East, is 51 percent owned by Marcolin Group and will distribute the eyewear collections of Marcolin’s brand portfolio.
