1  THELIOS the eyewear joint venture created between Marcolin and LVMH in 2017, will become fully integrated within LVMH. Marcolin and LVMH have reached an agreement for LVMH to purchase the 49 percent stake held by Marcolin in Thelios. Separately, Marcolin will buy back the 10 percent stake LVMH owns in Marcolin, which LVMH acquired when Thelios was founded.

2  BARTON PERREIRA has collaborated with designer Teddy Vonranson on limited-edition sunglass style Domino, available in five colorways.
