Timing for the wild mix of Vision Expo in Vegas and SILMO in Paris turned into a bit of a fun advantage when it comes to making sure the eyewear impressions of the LOFT be properly touted. Ever clever, 20/20 decided to ask our “OptiCrush” Micki Lorelli for her insights into the SPECtacular site and its equally stunning array of Independent Eyewear vendors. We pushed up the energy and fashion function by also insisting she be in every picture. She delivered and even tracked down LOFT impresario Richard Mewha for this observation. “We are a group of like-minded Independent Eyewear designers who share a passion for creating beautiful, sometimes funky, sometimes classic eyewear for the discerning consumer.” We’d say she crushed it with flying/eyeing colors.
