I wanted to create frames addressing the lack of gown-up eyewear in today’s youth segment, and as a parent, frames I would seek out for my children to wear,” says Jason Wehlage, Kenmark product designer. Kenmark CEO Mike Cundiff adds: “The Original Penguin line has been hugely successful for us, and we think opticians and consumers alike will welcome these popular smaller styles into their product mix.”
MARKETING: A countercard with Original Penguin Youth imagery has been added to the Penguin merchandising materials, which include one-, two-, three- and six-place displays, an image holder and logo block.
