Over 90 percent of independent optical locations dispensing eyeglasses also dispense some type of sport eyewear including sport and protective eyewear, and ski/snow and swim goggles, according to a recent Jobson Optical Research report.

This survey was conducted by Jobson Optical Research in March 2016. The sample was derived from Jobson’s proprietary database. Only ECPs at independent optical locations who dispense eyeglasses are qualified to take the survey. 291 respondents completed the survey in 2016.
