Eastern States Eyewear introduces Chantal Thomass, a French designer and lingerie brand noted for feminine, risqué designs. Created for the self-assured woman, the initial release consists of 11 styles, with six constructed of acetate and five of metal. From its signature pink and black color scheme and bevy of animal prints to its ’40s and ’50s vintage-inspired shapes, including most notably the cateye, the collection embraces a bold, confident design. Standing out are a variety of aggressively, contoured temple cuts and lattice-work endpiece designs.
