MARC JACOBS celebrates the arrival of a new season with its spring/summer 2021 eyewear collection from Safilo and a new campaign starring model Bella Hadid. Directed, shot and styled by Stevie Dance, the campaign features a video of Hadid switching between the ICON sunglass style MJ 1000/S and optical frame style MJ 1014 in a series of contrasting vignettes that mirror the two souls of the new collection. Playful, lively and sensual—Hadid charms with scenes on a rooftop with New York City as her backdrop, cuddling a bunny and lounging in her NYC hotel room.

Classic and glamorous all at once, both frames are captured from different perspectives with evocative tight shots and multiplication effects. Soft but gritty color contrasts and bright summer lighting juxtapose with black and white close-ups of the eyewear underlining their distinctive silhouettes, as seen here.

Crafted with a specialized three-dimensional milling treatment, the frames feature elevated and recognizable details such as the iconic JJ mirrored detail at each endpiece and the Marc Jacobs logo engraved on a metal plaque on both internal temple tips. The frames’ bold shapes in acetate reflect a new version of luxury and character, designed for those who revel in their uniqueness.
