Rem Eyewear partners with Lucky Brand Jeans (known for its great-fitting, vintage-inspired jeans) to launch Lucky Brand Spectacles, a complete collection of retro eyewear for men and women. The premier collection consists of 15 ophthalmic frames with three more styles to be released in April 2008. Additionally, 12 sunglasses will be available in March 2008 to independent specialty and optical retailers and better department stores. Lucky Brand Spectacles feature vintage silhouettes, such as cat eyes and oversized aviators, and authentic details—filigree metal plaques on some endpieces, coining accents, tie-dye like multi-laminates and peace signs. A “Lucky You” plaque is on the inner temple of every frame and the iconic Lucky Brand Jeans four-leaf clover appears on each temple tip.
