Oakley debuts its new Latch sunwear collection, which features its collaboration with the skating world. Latch is a tribute to the creative mentality and approach that exists in the skating community. Skateboarding legend Eric Koston, well-known photographer Atiba Jefferson and two of the sport’s most promising young skaters, Curren Caples and Sean Malto, were the inspiration behind this collaboration. Oakley hopes to transcend the world of skateboarding with these stylish and functional lifestyle frames. The eyewear features a latch mechanism that allows wearers to “latch” the frames directly onto their shirts along with its zero-pressure, three-point fit for all-day wear. Constructed with Oakley’s proprietary O Matter material, these lightweight and stress-resistant frames also provide 100 percent UV protective lenses with optical clarity and precision. Multiple color selections are offered for both the frame and lenses. Prescription options are also available.
