Revolution Eyewear launches its 10-piece Robert Graham Sunglass collection. A seven-piece ophthalmic line was featured here in September. Targeted to the affluent, well-educated, fashion-conscious 30- to 65-year old male who enjoys a luxury lifestyle, the eyewear reflects the essential characteristics and eclectic style of the brand. The product shows extreme attention to detail with hidden surprises and intricacies such as the pink-threaded buttons, etched ruler markings, logos and slogans included in each frame. An intricate fabric lamination process is used to infuse Robert Graham fabrics into the frame temples with a layer of crystal color to showcase the patterns of his award-winning shirts. All sun lenses are polarized and are made of CR39 or polycarbonate.

PHILOSOPHY:  “With Revolution celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, I am very proud to add Robert Graham to our brand portfolio,” says Gary Martin, president and CEO of Revolution Eyewear. “We love bringing creative ideas into the optical marketplace and developing high quality products with flair. The American eclectic vibe and the majesty of the Robert Graham brand makes me believe we are designing a classic collection that will resonate globally and become a staple of optical retail.”

MARKETING: Each sunglass comes with a case that utilizes colorful Robert Graham fabrics and icons, and is presented in a drawer-style gift box that pulls out with grosgrain ribbon. Included in the package is one of five cleaning cloths with a Robert Graham image, logo or pattern.
