CLEARVISION: BCBGMAXAZRIA Relaunch

BON CHIC, BON GENRE: GOOD STYLE, GOOD ATTITUDE

ClearVision Optical presents its 2013 BCBGMAXAZRIA Eyewear and Sunglass Collection. Taking its direction from the brand’s apparel, the eyewear embodies nature, culture and glamour. Vivid hues of red, blue and green give a colorful perspective to designs that range from chic to tomboy trendy to playfully sexy. Exotic, natural elements such as feathers and jeweled accents enhance rich double laminates and sleek, architectural metals made of flat titanium. Bold metal studs lend a rock ’n’ roll edge, and laser cuts provide a sexy vibe. The current collection includes 38 ophthalmic styles and 14 sunglasses.

INSIGHT
In 1989, Max Azria launched BCBGMAXAZRIA, which takes its name from the French phrase “bon chic, bon genre,” Parisian slang meaning “good style, good attitude.” Azria was credited with offering designer fashions at affordable price points. He was inducted into the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) in 1998. In 1991, his future wife Lubov Azria joined the company and is often called the muse of BCBGMAXAZRIA. In 2010, the CFDA recognized Lubov Azria for her work as a designer.
