Modo Eyewear presents its first Eco Kids ophthalmic collection for boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 12. Simple, colorful and lively, the new line, which consists of 11 styles, reflects the Eco adult collection launched in 2009, enhanced with a playful touch. Eco Kids combines today’s fashion trends with functional features. All styles carry an UL Environment Validation certifying the products are made from a minimum of 95 percent recycled stainless steel or acetate. The glasses are nontoxic and hypoallergenic, and feature spring hinges and round temple tips. Shapes include butterflies, ovals, rectangles, rounds and squares in such colors as aqua, black, blue, brown, pink, purple and wine.
