Sàfilo USA launches its MARC by Marc Jacobs ophthalmic line. Targeted to women, the collection is a celebration of vintage designs paired with urban sensibility. Included are 12 styles—eight plastics and four metals. Shapes consist of a predominance of rectangular designs in traditional, soft and shallow silhouettes as well as a selection of modified ovals. Colors range from chocolate brown, bronze, burgundy, shiny wine and gold in the metals to combinations of black/havana, tortoise/ivory, navy/crystal, plum/caramel and violet/yellow/plum in the plastics. INSIGHT
