DEMI GOD
It’s always interesting to trace the evolution of a trend. With this issue we charted the current state of semi-rimless as defined by eyewear frame-free on the outer vertical planes of the lens. We’re now two issues deep into naming that style as demi-rimless. This wonderfully stylized photo of a Cazal frame from 1994 shows the direction as at once daring yet alluring. We’re equally impressed by this early rendition of the now popular double temple wire.
