Want the star treatment? Luxottica Group just launched Ray-Ban’s “Win the Hollywood Life” promotion, featuring a VIP trip for two to Hollywood, Calif. as the grand prize. Both eyewear consumers and wholesale customers are eligible to win their own trip to Tinseltown based on Ray- Ban purchases. Winners will be chosen at random on September 30th—the more entries, the greater the chance of winning. The grand prize includes VIP tickets to Hollywood Life magazine’s star-studded Breakthrough Awards, a premier event with Ray-Ban as the evening’s exclusive eyewear sponsor. The trip also includes a stay at one of Hollywood’s top hotels, tours, top restaurants and spa treatments. Ten second prizes include his and her Ray-Ban sunglasses; 50 third prize winners will receive a one-year subscription to Hollywood Life magazine. All participating wholesale customers who meet the minimum frame requirement will receive one entry into the contest and a countercard announcing the sweepstakes promotion to consumers. Those participating customers who commit to a higher frame requirement will receive three entries into the contest, a promotional show card, a one-year subscription to Hollywood Life magazine and a special gift.
