CLEARVISION SIGNS WITH MARC ECKO
ClearVision Optical has signed a multi-year eyewear licensing agreement with Marc Ecko Enterprises, the global fashion and lifestyle company, for the U.S. and selected international markets. The license spans the Marc Ecko Cut & Sew, Ecko Unltd. and Marc Ecko Red brands. The first eyewear collection to be launched under the arrangement will be Marc Ecko Cut & Sew.

ZIMCO SIGNS LICENSE WITH ENGLISH LAUNDRY
Zimco Optics has signed an exclusive, worldwide licensing agreement with English Laundry, a British brand founded by Christopher Wicks, to design and distribute a line of English Laundry Eyewear. Inspired by classic English rocker looks, the English Laundry brand includes men’s and women’s apparel, accessories and fragrance.

MARMA EYEWEAR MAKES U.S. DEBUT
Marma USA brings the Marma Eyewear London luxury sunglass collection to the U.S. market. The sunglasses feature rapid responding photochromic technology and HyperPhoto-polarized sun lenses. The lenses are offered in a wide range of materials including 1.50 and high index up to 1.74 in single vision and progressive free-form designs. Lenses come in a rich array of clear to colored photochromic options, some with gradient flash mirrors. Frame designs are classic and include aviator and navigator styles and oversized shapes for men and women in luxurious acetates and richly colored metals.

MARCHON 3D ADDS KEY PATENTS
Marchon3D has received a Notice of Allowance from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for U.S. Patent Application No. 12/495,754 on April 4, 2011 and a subsequent Notice of Allowance issued on April 6, 2011 for U.S. Patent Application No. 12/350,092. Both of these applications protect the innovative curved lenses that are configured to decode passive three-dimensional content.

CLEARVISION INTRODUCES DIGIT EYEWEAR FOR KIDS
ClearVision Optical expands its kids’ offerings with Digit (pictured), a new six-piece house brand. Targeted to children between six and 12, this new line delivers fresh styles, bold colors and trendy patterns at a reasonable price point.
