Providing the opportunity to transform children’s lives is a core mission of every children’s frame ClearVision Optical creates. This goal is shared by The Hagedorn Little Village School (HVLS) through the gift of education. Recently, these two organizations got together and pooled their resources to help children. The Hauppauge, N.Y.-based frame distributor brought part of their ClearVision Cares volunteer corps to HVLS to fit a group of students with frames. ClearVision donated new frames to participating students and Tri-Supreme Optical donated the prescription lenses for each student requiring glasses.

ClearVision’s in-house licensed optician, Marty Mast (pictured) and director of vendor and community relations, Brenda Litzky donated their time and services to fit about 12 students from The Hagedorn Little Village and Little Village group home residents with new glasses from their Fisher-Price Eyewear and Koodles kids’ lines.

Staci Sherman, an employee at The Hagedorn Little Village School commended the ClearVision team for “...their exemplary patience and skill. Our students and school greatly appreciate the generosity of ClearVision and Tri-Supreme.”
