Intercast Designs
Serengeti Lens for
Bushnell
Intercast Europe has signed
an agreement with Bushnell
for the production of a new
polarized photochromic lens
designed exclusively for its
Serengeti brand sunwear. Built
on Intercast’s NXT lens platform,
the state-of-the-art Serengeti
Polar PhD lens features the latest
polarized and photochromic
lens technologies.
The polarizing layer of the Serengeti Polar PhD lens is engineered
directly onto the back surface of the lens utilizing Intercast’s Advanced
Polarized Surface Technology, eliminating the disadvantages of conventional
film-based polarized lens construction.
The photochromic technology incorporated into the Serengeti Polar PhD
lens automatically lightens and darkens with changing light conditions.
The photochromic properties are engineered as part of the lens, not a
coating, providing premium
photochromic function
throughout the life of the
lens.
The Serengeti Polar PhD
lens featuring Advanced
Polarized Surface
Technology will be available
mid-April in a new collection
of Serengeti Sport and
Wire Flex Series styles.
