Brand New Gen of Rockers

 

They call themselves “The Pillows”... because... They Rock SO Hard. These three potential rock stars have yet to master the elusive power chord but their ability to air guitar to AC/DC’s “Back in Black” is... out of sight, so to “20/20” speak. As is their ability to know what brands play best on their heads (Bell Helmets) and framing their eyes (here... all Nike) with a level of boundless sophistication and fun. But the best point of this priceless pic of best friends Finn, Gram and Eamon is that the stigma of wearing eyewear is a thing of the past for kids. THAT’S Perfect Vision... from... The Pillows.

This little boy is now in his mid-30s. If the nostalgia bug is hitting him now as an adult then his quest for an aviator, double brow bar frame is in full force. This one’s from Menrad and it features “rubberized eyewires eliminating lens chipping or flaking during insertion, maintaining a secure, cushioned, impact resistant lens bed.” None of that can keep that wooly turtleneck from feeling VERY itchy.
