Kenmark Group: Lilly Pulitzer Eyewear

A TASTE OF PALM BEACH FOR LILLY LOVERS

Kenmark Group launches its Lilly Pulitzer Eyewear collection, a brand inspired by the Palm Beach lifestyle. Included are 14 ophthalmic and four sun styles targeted to women 17 to 54 and six ophthalmic frames for girls six to 16. The line offers an assortment of zyls, metals and combinations in a rainbow of colors signature to the brand. Sunglasses are equipped with CR-39 lenses in gradient and solid tints.

PHILOSOPHY:

“The launch of the Lilly Pulitzer Eyewear line reinforces our commitment to our consumers, who continually want more from us to complete their lifestyle needs,” says James Bradbeer, Jr., president of Lilly Pulitzer. Amy Moore, Kenmark product director, adds, “Incorporating Lilly Pulitzer prints and a bright, fun color palette into our product line has allowed us to create an amazing, multi-generational collection for those who love the Lilly Pulitzer lifestyle brand.”

MARKETING:

Merchandising materials include a four-place display for the women’s collection, two- to three-place display for girls, tray with insert, logo block, plaque and bamboo stand, mirror and the book, ”Essentially Lilly, A Guide to Colorful Entertaining.” Each style comes with a case and signature-print cleaning cloth.

INSIGHT
Lilly Pulitzer gained wide recognition in the early ’60s for her whimsical prints when her friend and former classmate, First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy, was featured in Life magazine wearing a Lilly Pulitzer shift. The Lilly Pulitzer product range now includes apparel for men, women and children, shoes, handbags, jewelry, belts, gifts, bedding and bath collections, and books on entertaining.
