PARSIPPANY, N.J.—Sàfilo USA has officially re-launched its business-to-business Web site which is now known as www.mySafilo.com. It replaced its previous B-to-B site, www.Safilonet.com, which had been unveiled in test mode to customers at Vision Expo East this past April.

Available to Sàfilo’s optical market customers, www.mySafilo.com offers a one-stop order engine for the company’s portfolio of licensed and proprietary brands with ordering, order tracking and verification options to improve the customer service experience. The site aims to cater to each individual customer, accessing only the eyewear collections that they carry, as well as their complete order history, back-order status and the account’s local sales representatives’ contact information for any additional assistance they may require. Additionally, www.mySafilo.com provides all of Sàfilo’s brand information to keep customers up-to-date on brand positioning, fashion trends, dispensing/fitting techniques, product improvements and new technologies.

New to the site is the no-charge educational module for continuing education credits to support the company’s customer base with training, industry and business knowledge. Continuously updated to remain current, this module launched with Selling Luxury Eyewear and will continue to expand.

Plans to promote the Web site include a direct marketing campaign to existing Sàfilo customers, as well as a trade advertising campaign launching this month.
