CINCINNATI--Diversified Ophthalmics and the Cincinnati Optometric Association are co-sponsoring a Kings Island Summer Seminar on Sunday, Aug. 17, at Great Wolf Lodge near Cincinnati. The event offers eight hours of optometric continuing education.

Dr. Tom Kislan, OD, the featured speaker, is sponsored by Extreme H2O. He will be presenting “Ocular Omeganemia” during the morning session, and “A Clinical Guide to Dry Eye” during the afternoon session. Also included on the program’s faculty are Dr. B. Ralph Chou, OD, sponsored by Signet Armorlite, and Dr. Terri Gossard, OD, sponsored by Eye Care Associates of Greater Cincinnati. Dr. Chou will discuss “Understanding Free-form Lenses” and “The Impact Resistance of Coated Lenses,” and Dr. Gossard will address “Fear Factor, Conquering Optometry’s Obstacle Concerning Therapeutics.”
