Customer Communication Consultant

Responsible for providing consultative sales assistance to prospective patients and assist in scheduling a variety of appointment types and product offerings. 

Essential Job Functions 

•    Generate new business through leads resulting from inbound phone calls, web leads and other sources
•    Conduct a high number of outbound calls consisting of appointment confirmations and follow up to previously generated sales leads
•    Create and maintain patient profiles, ensuring information is entered accurately
•    Enhance the customer experience by identifying sales and customer service needs and utilizing consultative sales techniques to provide the assistance necessary
•    Maintain service/product knowledge in order to accurate assist customers and promote additional services (cross sell)
•    Meet metrics and performance standards as defined by management


•    Excellent written and oral communication skills
•    Basic computer skills including various webs based and software applications
•    Highly adaptable to change
•    High School diploma or equivalent required
•    Two years college education preferred 
•    Two years consultative sales/customer service experience required
