LOUISVILLE, Ky.--The Kenmark Group
has renewed its worldwide licensing agreement with Wolverine World
Wide for Wolverine Eyewear.
Under the agreement, Kenmark will continue to design, manufacture
and distribute Wolverine Safety Eyewear, Wolverine Eyewear and
Sunwear for Men collections. The agreement continues the terms and
conditions of the current contract, which has been extended until
December 2008.

Wolverine,” said Don Howard, president of the Kenmark Group.
“Wolverine Eyewear is designed for people who trust the
Wolverine name and want the same great comfort and dependability in
their eyewear.”

Wolverine. “We look forward to building on our success to
continue to offer eyewear that provides the same durability,
quality and comfort found in every product that bears the Wolverine
name.”
Kenmark also offers Vera Wang through its Couteur Designs division
and Timex, Thalia, Celine Dion, Wolverine, CW Bliss, Comfort Flex,
Destiny and Gallery from its Lancer International division.
