LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y.--Zyloware has signed on with Deere & Company to offer John Deere-branded eyewear, according to Christopher Shyer, president of Zyloware.

"We're excited to partner with John Deere. John Deere shares many of Zyloware's core values: the commitment to quality, the resources to produce innovative products and the pledge to company integrity.  Plus, Zyloware's experience and success in the men's category, with the perpetually best-selling Stetson brand, makes it a natural fit to adopt a global brand such as John Deere," Shyer said.

"We are pleased to include Zyloware's quality eyewear to our line-up of quality licensed products as we continue to build John Deere's brand franchise," said Dean Hamke, Deere & Company licensing manager.

Zyloware will preview its collection of John Deere eyewear at International Vision Expo East this month with the launch scheduled for Spring 2005.
