LOUISVILLE, Ky.--Couteur Designs, a division of the Kenmark Group, and Vera Wang, have renewed the licensing agreement for Vera Wang eyewear and sunwear.

Couteur Designs will continue to design, manufacture and distribute Vera Wang eyewear and sunwear until December 2007. Additionally, the new agreement is renewable through 2010.

“We’re excited to renew our contract with Vera Wang,” said Don Howard, president of the Kenmark Group. “Re­newing our contract allows Kenmark to continue its commitment to making Vera Wang Eyewear a truly exquisite collection for women. The collection will continue to offer modern, elegant designs and will be expanded to include inspirations from Vera Wang’s ready-to-wear and other licensed collections such as her fine jewelry.”

Couteur Designs launched the Vera Wang collection in March 2002. Kenmark also offers branded collections under the Lancer International division, including Hush Puppies, Timex, Thalia, Celine Dion and Wolverine. Other Kenmark house brands include CW Bliss, Comfort Flex, Destiny and Gallery.
