ATLANTIC BEACH, N.Y.—Dean M. Friedman, co-founder of Opsales, died unexpectedly on Jan. 5 of natural causes at his home here. He was 49 years old.

Funeral services will be held at Riverside Memorial Chapel at 1450 Broadway, Hewlett, N.Y. on Jan . 11 at 10:00 AM, immediately followed by a graveside service at Mt. Hebron Cemetery at 13004 Horace Harding Expressway, Flushing, N.Y.
