LONDON— Optos plc (LSE: OPTS), a leading medical retinal imaging company, announced two board changes. On Oct. 1, Peter Kehoe, OD will join the board as a non-executive director and at the same time Anne M. Glover will retire from the board as a non-executive director.

Glover, CBE has been a non-executive director since 1996. She is chief executive and co-founder of Amadeus Capital Partners, a European technology investor.
Peter (Pete) Kehoe, OD, FAAO is a practicing optometrist. He is a past member of the board of trustees of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and served as president of the AOA in 2008-2009. He also consults broadly to the optometric and ophthalmic industries through Eye Care Solutions of which he is president.
